Nótnaveitan 101 - Introduction to Registration, Terms and Manuscript Storage

Iceland Music's recently updated sheet music will be introduced, along with other services Iceland Music provides to Icelandic composers. The programme will touch on most matters concerning composers with works in the collection, such as copyright payments, mandatory deposit of sheet music in collaboration with the National and University Library of Iceland, and the permanent preservation of scores and manuscripts.

Finnur Karlsson, project manager of the Iceland Music’s Sheet Music Collection, will lead the programme, joined by Kristjana Mjöll Jónsdóttir Hjörvar, head of legal deposit at the National and University Library of Iceland.
