Með allt á hreinu is a new educational event series organised by Iceland Music, starting this autumn. The aim is to help musicians simplify their workflows, provide an overview, untangle complexities, and recap the essentials of releasing and promoting music in Iceland.

The events are free of charge and open to all, taking place at the Iceland Music offices, Austurstræti 5, 101 Reykjavík.

How do I release music?

This event will cover the key aspects of the release process – streaming platforms, registrations, payments, administration, and marketing. A practical discussion for anyone planning a release, whether independently or with partners.

✨ MAIAA (María Agnesardóttir) – presents a new action plan for music releases, developed in collaboration with Iceland Music. The plan builds on MAIAA’s work that drew significant attention earlier this year.

✨ Rakel Mjöll (Alda Music) – shares insights on releasing music from the perspective of a record label.

🔹 To close, Helena Sif (Iceland Music) will moderate a discussion between the guests.
